At the beginning of my planning I was going to complete my media coursework by filming a music video with my friend and fellow media student, Freya. We planned to use the song "Bros" by Wolf Alice and we had arranged to film together in our home county, Norfolk.
However, as filming time got much closer we evaluated the likely effectiveness of working as a pair and decided to separate and produce separate music videos. This was mainly due to the fact we would be incredibly limited to how much time we would be able to spend together with regards to neither of us having work or being away or busy. We also felt it would be difficult to delegate duties and split responsibilities in a balanced and fair way. We will both produce our own work but will offer assistance with filming if it is needed.
My new song is "Stressed Out" by the alternative rock/indie rock-pop band "Twenty One Pilots". I plan to develop my ideas for my music video to match the lyrics in the song and I have asked one of my closest friends to star in my work. I will begin filming over the christmas period and will begin editing in the new year.
